<p><strong>ASSISTANT COST MANAGER</strong><br /><strong></strong><br />On behalf of a client, Hays is seeking an Assistant Cost Manager for an exciting new headquarters project in central Stockholm.<br /><strong></strong><br />You will have experience of cost management, change control, contract administration, estimating, working with design teams, managing risk, assisting client decision processes, producing client reports, negotiating, and an understanding of the construction process and Swedish construction contracts.<br /> <br />You will be fluent in both Swedish and English including technical language and have worked in an international environment with a mix of cultures. You have cost management or accounting skills and hold or are working towards a professional qualification in Construction, Design or Engineering. Experience of Swedish Construction Contracts is required, particularly Design and Construct ABT06.<br /> <br />Skills should include cost management / accounting skills, and negotiation.<br /> <br />Project experience should ideally include city centre projects, office projects, high quality design, LEED or BREEAM rated projects.<br /><strong></strong><br /><strong>Application</strong><br /><strong></strong><br />In this recruitment, the client is working with Hays.
