Candidates must possess a good knowledge of finance & accounting and enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving, entrepreneurial environment. The position will be based in Stockholm, directly reporting to Group Finance Manager in Lausanne Switzerland. The selected candidate will be trained in Lausanne for an initial period of 3- 4 month. JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for managing the monthly reporting of financial results ensuring compliance with local and group accounting policies and guidelines, as well as managing the statutory reporting for two legal entities. Liaise with HQ finance. Responsible for Nordic entities budget & Forecast. Control and manage working capital. Partner with the Managing Directors and other functions in all aspects of the business related to finance and operational issues. Responsible for maintaining appropriate internal controls, policies and procedures, and providing leadership for the commercial business with regard to compliance and internal control. Manage the local team with staff responsibility of 2 people. The Finance Manager will be part of the local management team. Who are we looking for Degree in Business/Economics from a business school/university or MBA with a major in finance/accounting. 4+ years experience as finance controller or as auditor within international accounting firm. Financial management skills including monthly and annual financial statements, business analysis & KPI experience, forecasting, budgeting planning and a keen commercial sense of business. Good knowledge of general accounting, cash flow management, tax issues and management reporting. Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with people at all levels Able to work autonomously and take initiatives proposing action items and cost cutting measures. Excellent English and Swedish language skills - both speaking and writing, additional Nordic language is a plus. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
