The Global Graduate Program - Finance
track is a fast-track development program which prepares
talented and suitably qualified individuals for a future leadership
role within Bombardier Finance. It has been designed for ambitious and
passionate individuals who are seeking an international career with a
world leader. It will equip you with the necessary skills to support
our Finance Strategy, strengthen our Finance Delivery Model and
therefore, make a significant contribution to a world-class Finance
organization.
What are the benefits from joining this
program?
The 18 month program combines on-the-job and off-the
job development worldwide. In three separate 6-month assignments, it
offers every Global Finance Graduate a true business experience in
different Finance areas and countries. The assignments will be
determined by setting up an individual development plan considering the
overall Finance strategy and the Finance Global Graduate profile,
meaning you will be able to make a real difference to the business.

Masters degree
Excellent academic track record
Strong business acumen
Proven extra-curricular engagement
Full mobility including international relocation
Fluency in English and at least one additional
language
Professional work experience related to your field of
studies.
