The Global Graduate Program - Human
Resources (HR) track is a fast-track development program
which prepares talented and suitably qualified individuals for a future
leadership role within HR. It has been designed for ambitious and
passionate individuals who are fully mobile and seeking an
international career with a world leader. It will equip you with the
necessary skills to support our People Strategy, strengthen our HR
Delivery Model and therefore, make a significant contribution to a
world-class HR organization.
What are the benefits from joining this
program?
The 18 month program combines on-the-job and off-the
job development worldwide. In three separate 6-month assignments, it
offers every Global HR Graduate a true business experience in different
HR areas and countries. The individual development plan will correspond
to both, the Global HR Graduate profile and the overall Bombardier
strategy to enable you to make a real difference to the business.

requirements:
Masters degree
Excellent academic track record
Strong business acumen
Proven extra-curricular engagement
Full mobility including international relocation
Fluency in English and at least one additional
language
Professional work experience related to your field of
studies.
