Regional Director Operations We are looking for an Regional Director of Operations to lead and develop our Swedish hotels located throughout Sweden. The RDO is responsible for the overall regional commercial and operational management, in order to achieve staff-, customer satisfaction and profitability according to the organizations goals for all the hotels. The position reports to VP Operations in First Hotels. Job description: Support the General Managers with commercial strategies and make sure that Rev PAR penetration targets locally and regionally are met in the local markets Manage dedicated hotel operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies Execute overall management of the dedicated hotels following trough the strategies and policies directed from central chain head office Enhance the maximum hotel profitability with achieving maximum productivity, and the highest level of guest and staff satisfaction Creatively develop the hotel products by using best practice among their hotels, and benefit development ideas from the hotel staff Implement programs in the hotels to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit Develop, create and implement strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals Provide mentoring, coaching and guidance to subordinates and other employees Qualifications: A bachelors degree in a related field. An MBA is desirable 3-5 years or more of progressive experience in a senior management position in the hospitality industry A proven record of success Must have demonstrated ability to effectively lead a NOK 100 Million business Fluent in English and Swedish.
