<p><strong>SENIOR PROJECT / DESIGN MANAGER<br /></strong><br />On behalf of a client, Hays is seeking a Senior Project / Design Manager for an exciting new headquarters project in central Stockholm.<br /> <br />You will have experience of client side project management with emphasis on pre-construction stages, leading design teams, managing change, managing risk, facilitating client decision processes and producing client reports. Construction stage should include contract administration.<br /> <br />You will be fluent in both Swedish and English including technical language and have worked in an international environment with a mix of cultures. You hold a professional qualification in Construction, Design or Engineering, or Quantity Surveying. Experience of Swedish Construction Contracts is required, particularly Design and Construct ABT06. Cost management or accounting skills are advantageous.<br /> <br />Skills should include strong management / leadership skills and negotiation.<br /> <br />Project experience should ideally include city centre projects, office projects, high quality design, LEED or BREEAM rated projects.<br /> <br /><strong></strong><br /><strong>Application</strong><br /><strong></strong><br />In this recruitment, the client is working with Hays.
