In Vimmerby Arla Foods recieves up to 500 million kg milk and has the newest and most updated milkpowderplant in Northern Europe to produce business-to-business whole and skimmed milkpowder to our customers worldwide. Vimmerby looks into increasing volumenes, new products and an important position in Arla Foods expansion globally. As Site Director you also lead, coach and develop your management team to achieve maximum performance and ensure that our resources meet future business challenges. <BR><BR>Reporting to the Vice President of Global Categories & Operations Supply Chain, you will play a key role on both the strategic and tactical level. It will be your responsibility to follow up on budgets and business plans. In cooperation with the management team you contribute in securing the maintenance and further development and optimisation of our technologies, as well as you ensure that we meet the quality and safety requirements. Moreover, you will be chief responsible for 80 professional employees, and as such you can look forward to gaining a wide network in Arla Foods, where the correlation between sales and markets is crucial for the dairy?s continual development and success.<BR><BR><b>Relevant management experience</b><BR>You have an engineering degree specialised in food science or production, which you have supplemented with several years? management experience from a similar position in an international company. Your background has provided you with a broad and sound professional foundation, manufacturing expertise, and verified positive results from the staff management area.<BR><BR>Furthermore, you are outgoing and result-oriented. Due to your personal impact, strategic understanding, and ability to communicate and cooperate, you are able to establish good relations to the management team as well as to internal and external stakeholders.
