Technical Support is the interface between our Customers, through Tetra Pak Market Companies, and the Carton Bottle platform within Development & Service Operations (DSO). Our vision is to deliver World Class Support. Technical Support is now expanding and needs to strengthen its organisation with a driven and committed Technical Liaison. This position is based in Lund, Sweden and requires travelling of up to 25 %. Main responsibilities Act as Carton Bottle's link to Tetra Market Companies Be the receiver of all issues/queries related to Carton Bottle filling equipment and have full responsibility to handle them from entry to closure Support external and internal colleagues with information and recommendations by developing and maintaining networks Develop and maintain technical knowledge covering both electrical and mechanical for the specific platform, in order to deliver high quality technical recommendations. Coordinate field validation of corrections and improvements Support input in technical bulletins We believe that you are a self-motivated person with a high degree of initiative and the ability to solve problems under time pressure. You are able to understand complex technical issues and you use your network to find possible solutions. You have excellent communication skills and can interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures in a professional way. You enjoy working together with others, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals. You have a technical education and 3-5 years experience of Tetra Pak equipment or technical troubleshooting from a larger manufacturing company, preferably in the food industry. Special attention will be paid to candidates with experience from planned and corrective maintenance. You have excellent command of both written and verbal English and very good computer skills. You are highly service minded and experience of remote assistance and back office duties is considered a plus. It is also of great advantage if you have automation and/or mechanical knowledge.
